So if you’ve received a healing, begin to come.  And while you’re coming, while you’re coming tonight, while you’re preparing to give a testimony, I’m going to ask the students from Oral Roberts University to sing.  Students, come on over.

If you’ve received a healing tonight, I want you to begin to come.  I want just a few to testify.  Put your hands together and welcome the Oral Roberts University students.  (Applause)  (SINGING)

Here’s a woman who was blind.  Bring her here.  David, what happened?  Tell the story.

DAVID: The lady was blind for two years.  I believe it was last night she received her sight.

RR: Tell the people what God did for your eyes.

INT: She came the day before and yesterday.  And the power of God, I have been healed.  And I thank God.  I couldn’t see before.

RR: Now you can see.  Can you see the crowd?  You can see everybody now?

INT: She can see everybody now.

RR: Hallelujah!  What happened to this woman?

DAVID: Dr. Roberts, this lady right here had hearing loss for two years, and it was last night, her hearing was restored.

RR: Tell the people what God did for you last night.

INT: It was two years ago that she couldn’t hear.  I couldn’t hear, I couldn’t see.  But now I can see, I can hear.

RR: She can see and hear.  Hallelujah!  This is just a touch of what God is going to do tonight.  Wherever I have been, I have given the story.  This morning I was in the office of the President of the National Assembly.  He had already heard about the many miracles.

I told him that there were twelve blind people healed last night and that there were more than thirty cripples who walked.  After I came out of his office, there were many who wanted prayer.

Then I was interviewed by the media.  The television reporters were asking me questions.  Three times I talked to them today.  And that interview is on television all across the nation.  And I talked to them about the miracles that Jesus is doing here.

Now lift your two hands unto the Lord.  Heavenly Father, I pray tonight, not in my name, but in the name of Jesus, whose name is above every sickness and disease, every fear and every doubt.  I cast it out.  I reach out with my hand, and I take hold of sickness, that which is in you.

And with the word of faith, I pull it out of you.  Come out.  Come out.  Come out, in the name of Jesus.  I speak to every crippled leg.  In the name of Jesus, I speak strength and healing and life.  Healing, come into those legs.  Healing, come into those legs.

Somebody is getting healed right now.  Throw down the crutch or cane.  Throw down that stick.  Begin to walk, in Jesus’ name.

I speak to blind eyes, blindness, in the name of Jesus, blindness, come out.  Eyes, see.  Eyes, see.  Eyes, see.  It’s happening, it’s happening, it’s happening, it’s happening.

I speak to pain, pain, come out.  Come out, pain, every pain.  Every cancer, in the name of Jesus, come out.  Be healed in your legs.  Be healed in your feet.  Be healed in your hips.  Be healed in your back.  Be healed in your shoulder.  Be healed in your arms.  Be healed in your hands.

Paralysis, come out.  Come out now.  She’s walking!  She’s walking!  She’s walking!  Hallelujah!  Others of you are walking.  Begin to receive your healing.

Every cancer, come out now, in the name of Jesus.  Every cancer, cancer in the bone, cancer in the blood, cancer in the organs, come out now, in the name of Jesus.

I speak to deafness.  Someone’s ear is opening now.  Someone’s ear is opening now.  Ear, in the name of Jesus, open up.  Hearing, come forth.  Heart, beat normally.  Heart, beat normally, in the name of Jesus.

Blood pressure, blood sugar, be healed.  Anemic condition, come out.  Be healed from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.  I take hold of sickness, and I pull it out.  I pull it out.  I pull it out in Jesus’ name.

Now lift both your hands and begin to thank God.  Say, “Thank You, Jesus.”  Say, “Thank You, Jesus.”  Everybody, say, “Thank You, Jesus.”  Say, “Thank You, Jesus.  I receive my healing.  I receive my healing.  I receive Your touch.”

RR: Enlarged heart.

LADY: Yes.

RR: What did you feel tonight?

LADY: Tonight, when I was coming here this night, this afternoon . . .

RR: Hard to walk.

LADY: (Inaudible)

RR: I can tell you what it is.  It’s the power of God.  Hallelujah!  It’s the power of God.  Yes.

MAN: Yes, this lady speaks English.

INTERPRETER: (Inaudible)

MAN: Richard, first of all, this lady speaks English.  For nine years she’s had bladder and kidney problems.  She’s had pressure.  Tonight the pressure left her.

LADY: (Inaudible)

RR: Hallelujah!  What happened tonight?
LADY: I was having severe pressure and burning.  I’ve been going through this for nine years.  And then you started praying, I felt a release, a warmth and a release.

RR: And it’s gone?

LADY: It’s gone.

RR: Hallelujah!  Everyone standing.  Everyone standing.  No one walking around.  Stop right where you are.  Stop right where you are.  I pray right now for every person who does not know the Lord, for those who’ve never made a commitment of their life to the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible says, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”  Sure, we all make mistakes.  Sometimes we even commit sin.  But a sinner is someone who has made sin a way of life.  And I don’t want that to happen to anyone.  I am praying that not a man, nor a woman, nor a young person who has heard me preach and who has seen this beginning of miracles would lose their soul and go to hell.  There is a hell.  I’m not going there.  There is a heaven.  That’s where I’m going someday.

Every man, every woman who is tired of sin, you’re tired of the lifestyle and you want to believe on Jesus and you want me to pray the prayer of faith with you, I want you to lift your hand right now.  If you want to get saved, if you want to commit your life to the Lord, if you do, lift your hand high.

Our students come from more than 50 nations around the earth, including Nigeria.  We have students right now at ORU from Nigeria.  We have students from Ibadan right now at ORU.  (Applause)

When I arrived at the airport, the members of the press were there to interview me.  And I announced to them, as well as to the executive governor yesterday, that I brought a gift with me from ORU.  And I am putting the gift in the hands of the pastors.  By authority of the Board of Regents of Oral Roberts University, I am granting two scholarships, one to a young man, one to a young woman, who qualify academically.  These are four-year scholarships.  (Applause)

I am asking the pastors to select two worthy young people and send them to me.  And I will send them back to you better than you sent them to me.  Hallelujah!  That is my heart.  I did not come to receive.  I came to give.  It is more blessed to give than to receive.  It is more productive to give than to receive.  Because God can only bless what you sow.  “Be not deceived,” the Bible says, “God is not mocked.  Whatsoever a person sows, that shall they also reap.”

If you want a good harvest, then sow good seed.  I’ve chosen to reap a good harvest, and so I’ve come to Nigeria.  I’ve come to give my best, to preach and to pray for the sick.  I came to Nigeria with my Bible, and I’ll go home with my Bible because I believe in the power of God.

I never dreamed that God would use me in the healing ministry.  I had watched my father pray for the sick.  I had seen him stretch his hands out and pray.  I’d seen great crowds around the world.  And even when I was a boy, he would stand me by his side and have me join him in praying for the sick.  I did not know that God was preparing me for this night.  I did not know He was preparing me for the 40 nations that He commanded me to preach in.

Thirty years ago He spoke to me.  He told me He was calling me into a healing ministry.  He said, “It will be different than your father’s ministry.”  He said, “Your father has primarily laid hands upon the sick.  But I will manifest the word of knowledge through you.  And you will be before great crowds,” like here tonight in Ibadan.  And this crowd will grow each night through this crusade.  It will get larger and larger and larger, until this stadium cannot hold the crowd.  God said, “I am calling you to a healing ministry.”

MAN: This lady has had frequent bowel movements, but since she’s been coming from Wednesday, no more trouble.

MAN: Richard, six months ago this man fell, hurt his right elbow, could not move it.  And tonight the pain is gone, and he can move it.

RR: Move your elbow now.  Up and down, front and back.  How long has the pain . . . how long?  Hallelujah!  (Repeats)  What’s happened to her?

DEBBIE: Richard, this lady had back pain for several months.  She’s been instantly healed.

RR: Bend over.  Is the pain gone?

LADY: The pain is gone.

RR: Hallelujah!

MAN: Dr. Roberts, this woman’s been bleeding for over a month.  Since the crusade started, God has completely healed her.

RR: What did you feel tonight?

RR: Since it started, the issue has stopped?  And it’s gone now?  Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!  Yes, Dr. Cordray.

DR. C: Richard, this lady has had asthma all of her life.  Tonight she felt like she was healed of that asthma.

RR: What happened to you tonight?

LADY: I’m healed in the name of Jesus Christ.

RR: Take a deep breath.  How do your lungs feel now?

LADY: Feel better, more than before because I could not even breathe before . . . I can breathe in and breathe out . . . but now I can.

RR: But you’re breathing good now?

LADY: Yes.

RR: Hallelujah!

MAN: Richard, in 2001 this lady had a dream, and in that dream she was stabbed in her hand and in her ankles.  And since that time she’s had pain.  Tonight the pain is gone for the first time.

RR: Pain in your feet and your ankle?

LADY: All my joints.

RR: All over your joints.

LADY: I could not walk properly.

RR: Could not bend, could not walk properly?

LADY: Yes, I’ve been on drugs since that time . . . right ankle.  The swelling and the pain was so terrible that . . .

If your hands are healed or your arms or your shoulders are healed, rush to the platform.  If your eyes are healed, rush to the platform.  If your hearing is restored, come to the platform.  If your back is healed, if you can walk better, if you don’t need the crutch, come to the platform.  Give a word of testimony.  Let the people know that God is a live God.  He’s not a dead God.  He’s a live God.

If you received healing tonight, come to the platform.  I’ll wait for you.  Examine yourself.  Check your hearing.  Check your vision.  Check your shoulder.  Check your legs.  Check your feet.  Check your lungs.  Check your stomach.  See what God is doing.  If God is healing you, come to the platform.  Come give a testimony.

This is a night to give glory and honor and praise to God.  This is a night of prayer for Nigeria.  And before we pray for the nation, we’re going to make the devil mad by sharing healing testimonies so that you know and I know and the people of Ibadan know that Jesus is a healing Jesus, that He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.

If you received a healing, come to the platform.

MAN: Yes, this lady for a year has had pain in her heart.  She described it as a prickling in her heart.  Tonight the pain is gone.

RR: Have her tell the people what Jesus did.

LADY: Praise the Lord.  Since the beginning of this year, my heart has been failing me, something like needles have been pricking me.  And when I eat, when I swallow, I feel this pain, something by the heart, very painful.  But after prayer, it is gone.  Praise the Lord!

RR: Dominic.

D: President Roberts, tormenting pain in his head for 23 years.  Tonight the pain is completely gone.

RR: How many years?

MAN: 23 years.

RR: 23 years.

MAN: All over the body pain.

RR: Tell the people what God did for you tonight.

RR: What happened tonight when we prayed

RR: The pain is gone?  After 23 years?

RR: And you’re healed tonight?  Yes, praise the Lord.

Rush.  Rush to the platform and let me lead you in a sinner’s prayer.  Glory to God!  Glory to God!  Let’s give praise as they come.  Hallelujah!  Lift your hands, everyone.  Give praise unto the Lord.

Now those of you who’ve come for this—well, they’re still coming.  They’re still coming.  They’re still coming.  I’ll wait for you.  I’ll wait for you.  Come right here.  I’ll wait for you.  You are worth the price that Jesus paid when He went to the cross.  I’ll wait just a moment.  They’re still coming.

Is there anyone else here, you want this salvation prayer?  Come here quickly.  I’ll wait for those of you that are coming.  You’re worth waiting on.  Jesus went to the cross for you, shed His blood for you.  His hands and feet were pierced for you.  They thrust a spear in His side for you.

And tonight is the time to give your heart to God.  Now all those who’ve come for this prayer, lift your hands.  Lift them high.  Lift them high, and pray this out loud after me:  O God, be merciful to me a sinner.  Come into my heart.  Save me from my sins.  I repent.  I turn from my ways.  I renounce the devil and all of his works.  And by my faith I receive the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior.

Forgive me, Lord Jesus.  I am truly sorry.  Save me, heal me, deliver me, and set me free.  From this moment I will serve God.  I am born again.  I have believed on Jesus.  I am becoming a Christian, and I’ll never be the same again, in the authority of Jesus’ mighty name.  Hallelujah!  Give praise to the Lord!

When I say, “I expect a miracle,” that could be now, or it could be tomorrow, or it could be next week, or it could be next month.  But when I say, “Expect a new miracle every day,” that brings it into focus.

I am telling you tonight to expect a new miracle every day.  I learned that from my father and mother.  I would get up in the morning as a child, and I would come into the kitchen.  The telephone would ring, and my mother would walk to answer it.  And as she picked it up, she would say, “Is this my miracle today?”

Someone would knock on our door, and as they went to the door, I would hear my father and mother say, “Is this my miracle today?”  When they would receive a letter, after they opened it, I would hear them say, “Is this my miracle today?”  They were expecting.

When a woman is carrying a child, we say, “She is expecting.”  She knows in due season that baby will be born.  And she wants the child born in God’s due season.

When Lindsay my wife was carrying our children, she wanted the babies to be born early.  As her body began to grow, as she got bigger and bigger and it became difficult for her to walk, difficult to turn over in the bed, difficult on her breathing, she would say to me, “I’m ready for this baby to be born.”

But she did not want that baby born in the sixth month.  She did not want that baby born in the seventh or eighth month.  She wanted the baby born in the ninth month.  How many of you women want your babies born in the ninth month, let me see your hands.  Why nine?  Because that’s God’s due season.

Now you can do it by the month, or you can do it as a one-time gift, or however the Lord lays it on your heart.  Use your credit card, your debit card.  You can send a check to Cornerstone, I’m sure.  You can do it right over the phone tonight when we pray and you can call in a few minute’s time.

And that’s what the Lord laid on my heart.  Then He also has laid one other thing on my heart, which I’m going to speak about in a moment after I pray.

Now, friend, I know the Lord.  I met the Lord when I was 19 years of age.  I’m 59.  I’ve known the Lord many years.  I’ve served Him with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength.  I’m an evangelist in the healing ministry.  I’m traveling nations all over the world.  I’m on television five nights a week with The Hour of Healing.  I understand television.  I understand traveling.  I understand the ministry.  I understand all the callings of God that’s on my life.

And God told me when I reached 60, which is only six months away from now, when I reached 60 I will step to a new level of ministry that I’ve never known in my life.  I know who I am.  I know the call of God on my life, and I know just as sure as I know my name that He spoke to me tonight to say this to you.

You could not possibly—and my wife would tell you—you could not possibly get Richard Roberts to get up on national television and say something that God didn’t say to him.

He said, “I’m going to speak to ten people, and you’re to be the first, at $5,000.”  He said, “I’m going to speak to thirty people at $1,000.”  He said, “I’m going to speak to 200 people at 100.”

Then He said, “I’m going to call on one individual to make a $100,000 pledge outright.”  He said, “I’m going to speak to one individual.”  It could be a business or ministry, or it could be a family.  “I’m going to speak to one person to make a $100,000 pledge.”  And He said, “That person is going to cause another person to respond.”  And it could be done with a challenge.

Now, Ron, I know I’m stepping out on a ledge tonight, but I’m only telling you what I heard the Lord say.  He said, “I’m going to speak to one individual to make a $100,000 pledge.  And when that person does that, in addition to all else that’s going to happen, it will cause a second person to give an additional $100,000 gift or pledge.”

You see, people get in their minds that they can’t do something.  I think you ought to cut the word can’t out of your vocabulary.  I saw a commercial the other day on television where it depicted a scene where a little angel was sitting on this guy’s shoulder on this side, whispering in his ear.  And a little devil was sitting on this side, whispering in his other ear.

And I thought, God, it’s not like that.  But it is like that in the sense that God by His Spirit is whispering in your ear, and satan, by the antichrist spirit, is whispering in your other ear, “Do this, don’t do this, don’t do this.”  You know, which voice do I listen to?

It reminds me of when our little Chloe, who is with us on this trip—she’s 18 now—but when she was just about four or five, she decided to fill my shower with water.  I have a glassed-in shower.  And she filled it up to about chest high and was in it and filled it up and was having a wonderful swimming pool in it.

And then she decided to open the door.  And our bedroom’s upstairs, and so the water naturally went right to the floor, knocked out the security system, part of the ceiling.  And I said, “Honey, before I discipline you, do you have anything to say?”

And she said, “Yes.  My heart said no, but my mind said yes.”  She said, “How do I know the difference?”  And I thought to myself, That’s the question of most Christians.  When satan is saying one thing in one ear and God is saying it, how do I tell the difference?  “How can I tell the difference,” people say, between the voice of the Lord and the voice of the devil?”  Well, friend, if you can’t tell the difference between the voice of the Lord and your worst enemy, you need to get saved, give your heart to Christ.
